At LajuDanr™, we want customers to feel confident when ordering our art merchandise. This policy explains how return requests are reviewed and how refunds are processed for orders that meet our return requirements.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you receive is not what you expected, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. Whenever possible, please send the item back with its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt, is required for every return request.

Some products may not qualify for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will send detailed instructions for returning the product.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. LajuDanr™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

After your returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is connected to a mistake made by LajuDanr™.
